HOW TO RENT AN APARTMENT?
Reservation
To confirm your reservation, you have to pay a 25% deposit of the total amount of your rental.
You can pay:
- By secured payment online with credit card
- By Transfer payment to INTO PARIS, 115, rue Saint-Maur 75011 PARIS on the open account at LA CAISSE REGIONALE DU CREDIT AGRICOLE MUTUEL DE PARIS ET D’ILE DE FRANCE, 26, Quai de la Râpée  75012 PARIS.

Payment of the balance of your stay:
The whole rent must be paid at the latest, the day when you are coming.
Like for the reservation, you can pay by:
- Secured payment online
- Transfer payment
- Money order
- Checks (only in French)
If you want to pay on the spot, the day of your arrival, it will be possible to pay by cash money, by traveler’s checks or by credit card, via the online payment.
Rental agreement
Depending on the time you take to pay the balance of rent, the contract can be send by mail or you can sign it on the spot when you come.
Security deposit (stay less than three days)
It allows the lessor to cover the risks related to the rental (property damages, possible theft etc.). It can be set by pre-authorization on your credit card, PayPal or when you arrive by cash money (in Euros) or by traveler’s checks. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
The guarantee is worked out on the base of the surface of the apartment:
- Surface less than 50 square meters : 500€
- Surface between 50 square meters to 100 square meters : 1000€
Arrival/Departure
Monday to Sunday (and holidays)
Arrival time: 14h/21h. There is an opportunity to agree to another schedule if the apartment is not rented the night before.
Departure time: 8h/11h30. There is an opportunity to agree to another schedule if the apartment is not rented the next night.
